He has been married only once for 18 years. Single now for 2. Has one step-son and 2 step-grandchildren. I need some good second date questions to ask to find out if he is a "player" or not, and to find out more about him with out seeming overbearing…or too inquisitive. Plans for tonight are dinner and then darts or shuffle board.
I would think at your age you would know not to ask to many questions this early in the courtship. It will throw up a red flag and he may not call back. Be patient and see what type of information he offers. Just relax and have fun, be yourself and let him know that your interested in him. You will find out all the information you need to know over the next few dates. If he is just a player, he will be trying his hardest to get you into the bedroom on the next date. Good luck.

I would like to have a few interesting questions as a backup (to avoid those awkward silences). We have already talked about the classics (Job, Family, Travel,…) on our first date. So, I’d like to have some interesting and unusual questions in mind on my second date. Any ideas?
What are the top 3 things he wants to do before he dies?
If he could be any animal what would it be and why?
Tattoos? Does he have any? Where? If not, what would he get? Or what tattoo could he see on you?
Favorite dessert?
If he could change one thing about himself what would it be?
Would he rather be extremely wealthy or extremely attractive? (Hopefully for you he’s already both;)
What’s the first thing he would eat after being rescued from a desert island?
Chocolate or candy, which does he prefer?

First Date at the Movies / Dating Tips?

I’ve liked this shy guy for a few months, and I finally asked him if he would like to go to a movie. I know a movie isn’t the best idea for a first date, but we both like movies. I want to know how we can still have a conversation, and go to a movie. I don’t won’t to go to dinner, I personally think thats too much on the first date. Any ideas, this is only my second date with any guy ever, so dating tips would be appreciated also.
I would recommend you go somewhere after the date either to get ice cream or bowling or something. The first date is really where you get to know the person, and you can’t really do that in a dark, surround sound room.
Can anyone help me, with good first date questions?
