Can I sort questions both by date and answers received?

It seems whenever I select date answers received are random and vice versa. Can I specify somehow?
Where are you ’selecting’ this? The ’sort’ feature in the column of questions is EITHER by date (newest to oldest, oldest to newest) OR by # of answers (most to fewest, fewest to most). You can’t combine these sort options.
