How do you extend the date that your questions have to be answered by?
Where is the action bar?
When you open your question there is a pencil icon when you run your mouse over it the extend question icon comes up just click on it. You can only do this once per question.

normally it will send you an email asking if you want to extend it and then you just follow the link

you scroll over the edit button and when the dropdown menu pops up you click extend date of question
or wait until you get an e-mail about extending you Q
