Tips from women about making a good impression on a first date?

I am going on a date (coffee) this week with a woman i met online dating. We have talked on the phone and seemed to get on well. We have swapped pics too. What tips can you give me for making a good impression on a fist date?

Look smart, but not too smart. You want her to think that you take good care of yourself but not in a vain way.
Bring a small gift for her. Nothing expensive, maybe something she’s mentioned that she’s always liked, something that is relevant to your conversations online or something funny. For example, say she likes cats, buy her a funny cat book or a small cuddly toy cat. It means she has something to take home with her to remind her what a thoughtful guy you are.
Be a gentleman – hold the door for her, offer to pay (don’t make a fuss if she insists on buying for herself) help her on/off with her coat, etc. Don’t mention your ex (if she comes up in conversation just say something like "that’s all over now" and move on to something else.
Be light-hearted, but don’t try too hard to be funny. If things go wrong (you spill coffee on yourself, for instance) be prepared to laugh it off rather than getting embarrassed or angry.
Ask her questions about herself. Try playing a game that my hubby and I played when we first met – taking turns to ask each other questions. It started off serious (like what books we were reading) and got silly towards the end (which do you prefer jelly or custard). It was fun, intimate and we learnt a lot about each other quickly.
Most of all, just relax and be yourself. It seems like you’re quite serious about her so just let that sincerity and eagerness shine through in what you do and say and she’ll be bowled over by you.

What are some clever questions to ask my blind date to get to know him?

If you are on a blind date, what would ask your date in order to get to know him and that would show if he’s a good or a bad person?
I wanna know coz I believe persons on blind dates usually act and pretend in order to make the other person like them or to appear good in front of them.

Ask them about their family; siblings and parents. Ask which one they are most like or get along with best. If they’re dysfunctional, he may be, as well. Start joking about some silly relative in your family and ask if they have oddballs like that in their family, too. How they describe these people indicates tolerance or disgust.

Ask them what their very first job was and how they liked it.

I have always thought that the best thing to do is to ask where they went to high school and then check up on them later. Your high school experience is a pretty good indicator of what kind of person you’ll be. It’s ridiculously easy to contact someone in his class online and find out about him.

Advice on Dating Someone New First Date Ideas?

I have been seeing this guy for a week now and we have had sex twice but he works a lot but we never get a chance to see each other that often due to this fact but he has a day off next week and I want to plan something special but haven’t a clue as to what any good first date ideas and or songs that would fit the mood as I am so happy your back in my arms stuff like that any advice or help is greatly appreciated thanks so much

um, a dinner date. a movie, bowling, ice cream parlor. game night at one of your homes.
i mean there are tons of options. walk in the park/picnic
um, im unsure your age, but I hope you are a full grown responsible adult…
you seem to be moving quite fast, seeing that you’ve slept with him twice after only being with him for a week. Be responsible. dont move too fast. good luck.

School Rumble 2nd Semester – 4 – Wild Ideas about the Play!

After all the antics, it looks like the Culture Festival will have both a coffee shop and a class play! Meanwhile, Tenma has tasked Eri with finding out the kinds of things Harima likes. For Yakumo, of course!
