I’m going to my first dance with my Air Force JROTC annually Military Ball and I have a date and I need some dancing tips for some formal and some "fun" dancing. (P.S. I’m a Male).

one: do not step on her feet, really it puts a damper on things.
two: the right hand goes higher then you may think, keep it off her rear. This is in case your Commander is watching.
three: on faster dancing just have fun as stated before.
