Russian Romance Tour – All The Questions You Want To Ask
October 28, 2009 | Leave a Comment
Russian romance tours are great idea for men who have tried to mail exchange with many girls but find it simply impossible to fall in love with an email. They are right. To see that a relationship would work, the best thing is to see in person the woman who is trying to convince you that she will be perfect for you.
Matchmaking agencies offer a large number of package tours and cover Russia in different areas. Some of them are specialized in ex-soviet republics while others are working only in the capital, Moscow, and a few other big cities.
Prices vary and depend on the package and the quality. The idea of romance tours is to concentrate as many encounters as possible in a limited amount of time.
There are group and individual tours. Group ones are organized with a large number of participants. The normal proportion in cases like this is one man to ten women. Foreigners travel in a group and during informal cocktail parties they are welcome to meet as many women as they want. These ladies have been selected by the agency’s team as good possible matches to the profiles of the guests.
Some of them might have a special invitation to be there, being already engaged with someone else from the group. If you prefer to plan carefully, perhaps you will prefer to know who you want to meet and ask your agent to arrange this. On the other hand life might be full of sweet surprises and if you trust your matchmaker, you can start the tour without anyone in mind.
Matchmaking parties always include alcohol, it is part of the Russian national character to drink vodka and this should not surprise you. When the atmosphere becomes more informal by the effect of good chat and alcohol, local ladies will feel free for a dance. It is not obligatory for you to join them if you are not that kind of person who is able to move in time. In our opinion, in moments like these, local ladies are not interested in the right moves but the right mood.
You have heard the saying that a woman’s heart belongs to the man who made her laugh. By taking part in the party you will show that you are not a boring foreigner. Usually group romance tours are organized in small cafes, restaurants or bars where external people are not allowed during your acquaintances.
If you are afraid that someone is taking pictures and mind your privacy, you can always direct this to the matchmaking agency and explain to them that you do not want to be photographed.
Individual tours are built in quite the same way as the group ones with the slight differences that the man is more flexible in what he chooses to do. For example being alone allows him to choose the place of the date. Usually you will be advised to have individual meetings with the short listed candidates. Your time in Russia will be limited, so it is better to know your program in advance.
If you make a choice of lady after the first appointment, the agency will take care of everything and will tactfully explain the situation to other women.
Individual tours are more expensive but at the same time any man who prefers them, receives more attention from the agency and from the potential dates.
A Russian romance tour is perfect solution for busy people who do not have time for writing long letters and investigating thousands of profiles. Group or individual, they are great way to meet many women and find the right one for your needs in almost no time.

hi everyone! any tips on how to make a blind date a successful one?
October 27, 2009 | 2 Comments
a friend of mine is setting me up for a blind date.. I’m kinda the shy-type and i’m sort of nervous as well as excited about this date. =) Any tips??? Thans!
The average blind date lasts 7 minutes, so your aim is to beat that! Think of some questions before you go that will allow him to open up to you. Try to make these open questions, not yes or no answers. Some examples are:
- What do you like to do in your spare time? (explores his interests and hobbies – observes how much you have in common)
- Do you have any current aspirations or goals?
- Have you seen any good movies lately?
Ask him about his past and laugh about how you guys got together on this blind date (who hooked you up etc) Try not to be nervous, just keep that conversation flowing so it doesn’t get awkward and silent.
Good luck!

I would like the 20 BEST questions to ask a man on the first date. I recently just started dating again after divorce. I am not much of a conversationlist, I am quite shy. So please can someone help me out here?
Interesting, I’m giving you a link, but I’m not sure I’d ask these on a first date, maybe a second date:

Ask about hobbies and interests….be genuinely interested
Few other good ones:
“I love to travel. For me, there’s nothing better than jumping on a plane and taking a short holiday somewhere new. How about you – where did you go on your last holiday/vacation?” You can even ask if there are places he/she wants to go to but haven’t yet.
“So tell me – what are some interesting things you’ve been up to in the last few months…?”
Other topics:
Movies, music
Ever had your name in a newspaper? For what?
